We sell chopsticks. Due to ongoing losses, we are currently conducting a clearance sale at a loss. All items are being sold at low prices.

📦 Basic Return Instructions

To protect consumer rights, we offer standard return services:

Shipping Location: US local warehouse

Return Period: Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Arrival Time: Refund to the original payment method within 3 days after return approval.

Return Condition Requirements: Items must be in basic condition (not affecting secondary inspection).

🚚 Return Process

Contact customer service to submit a return request.

Provide order number and reason for return.

Provide return address after customer service approval.

Send the item back to our US warehouse.

Warehouse receives and inspects the item.

Refund processing completed within 3 days.

Clearance items are still eligible for returns.
No additional return handling fees will be charged (except in special circumstances).
Refund processing time and procedures will not be affected.
